学费 rates are based on the student's state of residence. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that they are billed the correct tuition rate each term and to take prompt action if updates are necessary. Retroactive corrections are not granted. Students should check 校园连接 to verify that they are billed the correct tuition rate.
To verify your tuition rate within 校园连接
Student Center > Finances > 账户汇总 > Select NDSU and current term (check the Base 学费 line item under Charges)
- ND居民 = resident of the state of North Dakota for tuition purposes
- MN居民 = resident of the state of Minnesota that has been granted tuition reciprocity (i.e., a lower rate negotiated between MN and ND)
- MSEP = resident of Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, or Wisconsin.
- Note: Minnesota residents that have not been granted reciprocity by the MNOHE will be charged this rate, which is higher than the MN居民 rate. 看到 Minnesota 学费 互惠 for instructions regarding how to apply for MN reciprocity.
- Contiguous (undergraduate only) = residents of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, 蒙大拿, 南达科塔州
- WUE 阿拉斯加居民, 亚利桑那州, 加州, 科罗拉多州, 夏威夷, 爱达荷州, 内华达, 新墨西哥, 俄勒冈州, 犹他州, 华盛顿, 怀俄明, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
